• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their interactions and content generated through roleplaying. You agree not to use the roleplaying feature to:
  • Engage in illegal activities.
  • Create or share content that is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.
  • Roleplay as individuals or characters that promote harmful stereotypes or racist behavior.
  • Generate content that exploits or harms others, including children.

We reserve the right to monitor interactions and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts, if we detect misuse or violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Usage

Our Services cannot be used to generate content that includes:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material or content exploiting or harming children.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content.
• Malware or content with high risk of physical or economic harm.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Political campaigning or lobbying.
• Activities violating privacy rights.

Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our Services. We may remove content that violates our Terms or applicable laws.
• Our Use of Your Content: By using our Services, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual license to:
  • Provide your prompts to third-party LLMs for generating responses.
  • Display and promote shared content.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• Feedback: You grant us a license to use feedback, ideas, or improvements you provide for developing and marketing our Services without payment or credit to you.

Fees and Payment
